Tribute Card Fund Donations

Honor a friend or loved one, or celebrate a special occasion, with a donation to JFS. Personalize your donation by contributing to one of these targeted JFS Funds when filling out the Tribute Card Form.

General Fund: Supports all JFS programs and services including: counseling, case management, community education and outreach.

Emergency Fund: Provides emergency financial assistance on a case by case basis.

Holiday Fund: Funds holiday programs and packages for the homebound and nursing home residents, and for individuals and families in need.

Project Manna Fund:Sustains the Project Manna food pantry.the larger York community.

The Dameshek Fund: Honors JFS founding father Allan Dameshek, and builds JFS’s endowment

Evelyn M. Samuelsohn Senior Adult Case Management Fund: Evelyn Samuelsohn lived in York for more than five decades and was a grocery business entrepreneur. This fund continues her work promoting social activities for seniors. She died in 2007.


Staying Connected Fund: Supports Staying Connected, the senior transportation program overseen by JFS that uses interfaith volunteers, including from Catholic, Episcopalian, Lutheran and Unitarian Universalist congregations.

Jeremy Love Memorial Fund: Supports JFS’s educational and mitzvah-oriented youth programs. Jeremy Love, the son of Linda and Chuck Love, died at age 17 in 1994. Active at Temple Beth Israel, he was dedicated to working with youth in its religious school as well as in the larger York community.
